PRINCIPAL SCOPE:
 Coordinates IT projects or IT systems involvement in inter-departmental projects and ensures their implementation with respect to quality, purpose, budget and time conditions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 Define the overall project scope with the project sponsor/client and key project/program stakeholders (e.g., delivery leadership team, solution architects etc.)
 Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g. project estimation, build or test)
 Develop program/project/phase plans and estimates through negotiations with the project sponsor, key stakeholders, and/or client as required
 Assures allocation of resources to build an effective project team
 Determine needed deliverables, high level approach, project profile, responsible teams, overall project schedule/timeline, critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions
 Constant monitoring the projects according to costs, timescale and standards
 Performs project-based Vendor management in order to manage external resources for project implementation
 Coordinates intermediary project phases for assigned projects to minimize deviation of deliverables and resources from scope and deadlines
 Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders' commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams
 Proactively managing and monitoring execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
 Coordinate issues/change requests in order to manage established project scope
 Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level
 Creates and maintains on-going project documentation (status reports, risk registers, issues registers, resource utilization, project plans, etc.) to monitor the project status
 Use Project Management tools, templates and applications, in order to uphold standardization
 Informs the project sponsor/client upon status of projects, periodically/at request to offer a clear and accurate picture related to the project status
