• Excel/ Outlook Knowledge;
• Customer orientation;
• Organized/structured person.

Job Description

• Send out information letter via e-mail or via post;
• Create an overview per country in excel with all customers, e-mail/letter send date;
• Register in excel all feedback received from the customers;
• Send reminders to the customers if they don't provide feedback;
• In special cases - call the customers in EN to push for answer.
