    JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:

    Part of the HCM Centre of Excellence, the HCM Analyst Client Data’s role is to support the HR Consultant HCM Business Unit in France.

    • Analysts check the client data from different data bases
    • Organize the activity according to the consultant demand (time and volume)
    • Check the completeness of the necessary client data before to launch the deliverable production process
    • Secure the data coherency between PRELYTIS Dashboards and Payroll
    • Use action plan if necessary in case of dysfunction/gap
    • Formatting the client document
    • Deliver the client document
    • Alert the HR Consultant in case of late deliveries

    SKILLS:
    • Fluent (B2) in French language
    • Technical skills : Excel, PowerPoint
    • Have the sense of service
    • Be strict to respect the process
    • Be proactive to improve process
    • Possesses a continuous improvement mind-set and is receptive to change
    • Be ingenious to work with performance
    • Have team spirit
