JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:
The Intern France NA Support Specialist will work closely with the first level support team in order to provide the best results to our client’s human resources and payroll systems. The main responsibilities will be to deliver activities for monitoring, analyzing and solving client’s requests together with the team members.
- Track activity via CRM in order to give visibility to the team on all actions taken
- Monitor and analyze client’s requests together with a support team member
- Learn how to report activity (qualitative, quantitative).
- Refer difficult cases to a second level support team
- Make sure the payment planning of all customers is up-dated and set up payment process follow in the support calendar
- French oral and written - B2 level
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good relationship skills
- Good analytical skills
- A taste for customer service and responsibilities
- Ability to adapt and manage complex situations
