Credit Controller Intern

JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:

The Credit Controller should monitor, control and ensure that ADP clients adhere to the contractual payment terms thereby converting debtors to cash on a timely basis. The Credit Controller trainee will assist the team in their daily collection activities.

• Help contact overdue clients by email and phone;
• Review overdue invoices to ensure accurate and timely cash collection;
• Provide regular client updates to the team members;
• Help the team members to review and identify received payments;
• Notify the Billing Officers regarding escalated billing issues;
• Maintain a good communication with Cash Application team;
• Assist the team with Collections related projects;
• Completion of vendor forms and legal letters with assistance from team members;
• Help the credit control team to update and improve the process;
• Permanent support to other team members.
