Our JACOBS Traineeship Program gives a professional opportunity to fresh graduates or students in their final years of study, who are fluent #English speakers and enlightened by #EntrepreneurialSpirit, who put #Passion in everything they do every day.  
 
When we grow, you grow!
Rapid development is the aim of our game.
The journey will last up to 12 months starting July 2019 and you’ll have the chance to discover several functions like #Marketing, #Sales, #Finance, #SupplyChain, #HR and #Legal. We promise that:
 

• You will have specific assignments and challenges in each function
• You will receive feedback on your results, every step of the way
• You will be guided by dedicated functional experts
• You will get a Leadership Team member as your mentor
• Your progress can be your ticket for a job @JDE

 
The #SelectionProcess will take place between April & May 2019 and will look like this:


 
All of you who will receive a job offer will join JACOBS Traineeship Program. Selected JACOBS Trainees will have a full-time contract for up to 12 months starting July 2019 and will receive a competitive compensation package.
