o UX experience working on complex and rich business facing applications;
o Experience with designing prototype user interaction;
o Strong skills in visual design;
o Experience working with different teams for implementation of designs;
o Ability to drive and close designs independently;
o Knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or other;
o Good communication skills in English, German is a plus;

o Design conceptual sketches, wireframe information architecture, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications;
o Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing owners to develop solutions around complex use cases and workflows;
o Present and align your designs with a variety of stakeholders from across the organization;
o Measure, analyze and optimize user experience of existing applications;
o Show command of modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. HAML/SASS, grid systems, responsive design);
o Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
