Procurement Trainee - Nestlé Needs YOUth

Join our Supply Chain department as a 6 months member of the Procurement team, full time (8h/day) or part time (6h/day). Develop abilities, grow and acquaint yourself with the acquisition process of one of the world's largest FMCG companies.

You may be perfect for the role if you are:

• A fresh graduate with previous internship or volunteering experience in Supply Chain
• Passionate about Supply Chain and Procurement
• A good communicator with strong analytical skills
• A good user of Excel and Power Point
• Curious, attentive to details, flexible and results-oriented
• Fluent in English

As a Procurement Trainee you will:

• Discover all about Purchase Orders – from collecting all supporting documents and data validation to ensuring a competitive bidding process, transmitting orders to vendors or internal clients and tracking the materials receipt
• Keep up to date the archives of legal documents signed by the Procurement department
• Extract, analyze and archive the corresponding SAP reports
• Prepare data for reporting savings projects
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) regarding the acquisition process
