Job essential skills
› Fluency in English (German/Spanish/Nordics is a plus)
› Foundational understanding of collection and financial concepts
› Customer skills and focus & Proven problem-solving skills
› Drive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the role
› Proven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn
› Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
› Typically, 1 year of experience, preferably in collections / completed university degree with some experience in collection considered an advantage

Job brief

As a Collections Analyst you will be handling a portfolio of customers based in EMEA. The main mission is to contact and assist customers until payments are received in HP’s bank accounts in a timely manner. In the process, you will be assisted by a system that organizes your daily actions, either emails or calls, and by internal stakeholders, who are to be involved on a case to case basis (Order Management, Credit Analysts, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Account Managers etc.), to help building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process, finding solutions to improve HP.
