    Your Impact:

    In the PTC Academic team, we believe our interns are vital to the success of the academic program, and the work our interns are tasked with reflects this belief. The Partner Enablement intern is responsible for helping the Partner Enablement team build critical documentation and other customer-facing materials. You will be involved in program planning, execution and measurement of enablement efforts directed at partners, partner management staff, and customers.

    Your focus on partner enablement means your work will touch all parts of our university business. Your work as an enablement intern will be equal parts rewarding and challenging.

    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Identify and prioritize best practices that emerge relating to content development, partner relationship management and program management
    o Be a go-to resource for sales enablement for the academic partner team
    o Develop and communicate selling tools, information and processes tailored for increasing sales
    o Get first-hand experience to feed your intuition about the people we work with and how our business works
    o Assist with applications that facilitate customer success operations, administration, and support
    o Generate and create reports in Excel, Sales Force and other systems

    This is a part time/ full time Internship in the Global Academic Department.
    This is a paid internship with a duration of 6 months.
