Program format: - 6 to 9 months of working practice - Learn the basics and test your interests within all relevant departments of the bank - Deepen your skills with a specific job or project work At the end of this period you would be appointed in the best-fit position for your potential and talent. We are waiting for you... if you are a 2009 college graduate or a Master student with a good balance of excellent academic records, extracurricular activities, drive and determination, development potential and ambition to succeed.
