Who are we?

IT GROUP is the BNP Paribas Group’s global IT network, responsible for defining and deploying the BNP Paribas Group’s IT strategy worldwide. Our mission is to ensure the overall consistency of the Group’s Information Systems while driving innovation and adopting cutting-edge technology.

What We Do?

Our IT Group Central Teams are the forefront of managing IT infrastructure, overseeing production activities, and handling the Groups cyber security program. In close collaboration with our BNP Paribas partners for innovation we ensure streamlined governance, robust architecture, and adherence to global standards and methodologies. From managing online applications to building the foundations of the Group Functions Information System, we are the backbone of IT operations.

Starting 2023, IT Group has developed in Romania a significant hub for innovation within the BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking branch. This rapidly growing center specializes in developing the latest banking technologies and digital solutions. The IT Romanian teams are at the heart of both local and regional projects, working on software and systems that are integral to international operations. IT Group Romania’s contributions are pivotal in driving BNP Paribas’ digital transformation strategy, helping the Group stay ahead in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

At IT Group Romania, there are a diverse range of exciting roles that drive innovation and keep us at the forefront of banking technology.
