With a lot of similarities to the financial industry, Sportsbook Operations is the department that is responsible for the content of the Kambi product.
Our staff calculates odds for events, trade the bets, settle the bet offers, segment the players and analyse the trading performance. There are many different roles within the department, each performing a specialised function.

In Sportsbook Operations we have approximately 350 employees in our offices in London, Bucharest, Malta and Manila made up of more than 30 nationalities.

IT Operations consists of 30+ people working to ensure Kambi’s business can deliver 24/7, 365 days a year. They’re dedicated to agile operations, think dev-ops and automation is a great way of achieving that and use Kanban to support efforts along the way.
