IT

IT in BASSEurope is about exploiting current Global systems to support our business processes in Finance Shared Services as well as about implementing news systems to enable HR Shared Services.

As part of a wider Global transformational project, BAT has competed recently implementation of a single SAP instance, becoming a top benchmark client for SAP; In addition, BAT is in the process of implementing a HR dedicated platform based on SAP Success Factors, enabling an accelerated HR transformation journey over the next 2 years.

Audit

The role of Audit is to ensure there is an appropriate balance of risk and control within the organisation, at a Global, Regional, Area and Local level. Participation of auditors from different regions help to promote integration & standardisation.
