Bucharest – April 2024 – Ursus Breweries, the Romanian beer industry leader, launches its new graduate trainee program - Go Graduates - designed for students in their final year of study, as well as graduates or master’s degree students that pursue a career in the beer industry, with international exposure as well.
Recruitment is open until the end of the summer, and the selected candidates will join the Ursus Breweries team in September this year in one of the 4 positions available through the Go Graduates program. Trainee positions are available for the Marketing Supply Chain and Sales departments.
During the two years of Go Graduate program, the trainees will take part in at least three rotations through which they will gain the necessary experience to consolidate their career. Therefore, a trainee who chooses the commercial area will benefit, for example, from stages in the Marketing, Trade Marketing and Modern Trade teams. Through guidance received from experienced mentors within the company, the trainees are introduced in the activity of the largest local brewer and gradually receive responsibilities, so that at one point they can fully and independently manage their own projects.
Candidates for the Go Graduates trainee positions must be students in their final year of study, recent graduates or master's students, dynamic and with an academic activity that may include scholarships obtained during studies, participation in scientific communication sessions or other distinctions they have received at university competitions. Experience in volunteering or in student associations, as well as previous work experience, is also important.

Stagiile din cadrul Eau de Web au o tradiție de mai mult de 10 ani și se organizează anual, în perioada vacanței de vară. Studenții care trec de interviuri și de testele tehnice lucrează în baza unui contract de muncă pe perioadă determinată de trei luni, cu un program de 8 ore/zi. Stagiul este format din trei etape: învățat tehnologii, lucrul la un proiect intern al echipei şi apoi lucrul în proiectele reale ale clienţilor.
Pe perioada stagiilor la Eau de Web studenții lucrează în proiecte reale, participă la ședințele de analiză, daily stand-up, și își pot vedea codul în producție, după ce trece de code review.
Trainingul este, de fapt, coaching, adică pe lângă tehnologii punem accentul și pe soft skills. Programul este adaptat fiecărui stagiar, pentru că toți suntem diferiți. Vei înţelege cum se lucrează în domeniul financiar-bancar, ce metode şi proceduri stau în spatele unei relaţii bune cu clienţii şi cum valorizăm oamenii din organizaţia noastră şi încurajăm spiritul de echipă. Grupul Holcim Romania lanseaza a IV-a editie a proiectului „Profesii Bine Cimentate”.
“Profesii Bine Cimentate” este un program complementar ce integreaza ateliere de dezvoltare personala si atelierele tehnice desfasurate la punctele de lucru Holcim Romania. 120 de participanti vor avea ocazia sa isi dezvolte abilitatile personale prin intermediul celor sase ateliere de soft skills, precum: Valori personale si universale, Inteligenta Emotionala, Branding Personal, Viitorul locurilor de munca in industria cimentului si egalitatea de gen, Intraprenoriat si Eficienta personala. Atelierele tehnice vin in completarea celor de dezvoltare prin componenta practica. Studentii petrec cinci zile la unul dintre punctele de lucru Holcim alese de ei, alaturi de specialisti, unde pun in practica ceea ce invata la facultate. De asemenea, ei invata cum functioneaza o fabrica de ciment, ce roluri cheie indeplinesc specialistii Holcim si vad intregul proces de productie al cimentului. Profesionistii din cadrul Holcim Romania le vor fi alaturi participantilor in sapte atelierele de technical skills, acolo unde isi vor corela cunostintele dobandite in facultate cu cerintele din domeniul tehnic.
La final celor doua sesiuni de ateliere, 32 de studenti vor avea oportunitatea de a participa in perioada 1 iulie - 1 octombrie la un program de internship platit. Studentii vor fi ghidati de catre un mentor din departamentul ales pentru practica. Pe parcursul programului, ei vor beneficia de o indemnizatie de internship. Programul de internship va viza urmatoarele specializari: Chimie si Inginerie Chimica, Inginerie Mecanica si Mecatronica, Electronica si Automatizari, Inginerie Miniera, Constructii Civile, Drumuri, Poduri si Cai Ferate, Sanatate si Securitate in Munca, Mediu si Constructii & Chimie. Participantii isi vor desfasura activitatea la fabricile de ciment, prefabricate, BCA si in statiile de betoane ale grupului Holcim.

DataArt offers an internship program for college seniors, grad students in an engineering program, and candidates without practical experience but with the necessary theoretical knowledge. Those who participate will gain hands-on experience. The program is broken down into three distinct monthly sections. DataArt provides its interns with a flexible schedule, allowing them to work from home at least part of the time in a hybrid role.
Those who are interested in participating in DataArt’s internship program must possess a certain degree of technical knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the required level of English (no lower than Upper Intermediate). DataArt is seeking candidates who are motivated and disciplined, as it treats its interns as if they are full-time employees. As such, interns are expected to work 40 hours per week. They can also expect monthly reviews with the chance to practice their presentational skills, as well as get feedback, make contact with the leaders of the practice, and possibly work in real projects.
Upon being accepted into the program, students are paired up with experienced mentors who will help them complete their assignments and as well as share valuable career insights. Programul de internship se încheie prin susținerea proiectelor care au idei de îmbunătățire sau inovatoare, ce pot fi realizate individual sau în cadrul unui proiect de grup. Există flexibilitate în ceea ce privește organizarea acestor proiecte. Get a feel for life as a professional digital engineer, building real-world software.
Under the guidance of experienced developers, our interns form a team to create a commercial-grade application. This might be for a client, or it might be a pro bono project or it might be addressing a need within Softwire.
And with around half our interns taking permanent graduate roles with us after their studies, the programme could be the ideal way into your career in tech.

Weeks 1-2: Induction; To get you up to speed ahead of the main development project, we spend two weeks on structured training, covering the essentials you’ll need to thrive as part of the team.
Week 3 and onwards: Software development project; Following the training, you’ll begin work on software for a real customer – either an external organisation or another part of Softwire.
You and your intern colleagues will be exposed to the full delivery lifecycle, guided by experienced software engineers. Projects typically include system design, development and testing, culminating in a demonstration of the completed product to the customer.
