    Software Testing process knowledge (tools, workflows)
    IT skills/fast learning of the IT systems;
    Customer oriented;
    Detail oriented;
    Good communication and interpersonal relationships skills both verbally and in writing;
    Problem-solving skills;
    Results-oriented;
    Communication and team work;
    Experience in Software development environment (Agile) is a plus;
    English proficient;
    Proactive approach

    Responsibilities

    Testing for Sincron HR software (new functionalities, regression tests);
    Draws test plans, test reports, release notes for tested functionalities;
    Works closely with developers and project manager;
    Handles testing related project deadlines;
