• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication;
• Team player who is willing to get their “hands dirty” and wear different “hats,” while working with diverse stakeholders who maintain their autonomy and decision-makin;.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, flexible, ambitious and determined;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Advanced English and digital skills.

• Work with UTM de¬cision-makers in designing and implementing the marketing & communication strategy of the University – online and offline;
• PR & Social media activities;
• Website content development & maintainance;
• Media relations (writing news/press releases);
• Documenting permanently on the best means of promoting the projects and keeping up-to-date with the most important opportunities;
• Generating ideas and content for campaigns that involve social networks, including strategy, concepts and copy;
• Working closely with other departments: international relations department, faculties, project managers etc.
