Tracking of opened IM, SR and informing the teams about statuses
Tracking and clean-up of the cluster inboxes, as this activity is taking up a lot of time of the current teams
Preparing stand-up meetings
Daily reporting to Application owners (daily standups and such)
Tracking and planning activities for Releases, Patchdays and Maintenance Weekends
Constantly updating the teams on important information that might be sent to the cluster inbox
