    Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for the Recruiter, who will provide on-site staffing activities for a key Fortune 100 company through a European RPO account. The role is based at client’s premises in Bucharest.

    We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to develop sourcing skills and technics.

    As a member of the International Staffing/HR Team you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates. Previous experience in sourcing position in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential (at least 6 months).     Responsabilitati

    Working in the position of Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire sourcing process. Your role will be to work closely with Staffing Specialists/Hiring Managers to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews and short-listing appropriate candidates whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met. One important aspect of the role is represented by the broad involvement in developing creative sourcing strategies and support in their implementation.
