Your Role in a Nutshell:

· Ensures the implementation of Knowledge Management practices across. Coordinates the way process referents and operational teams apply framework requirements

· Acts as SME on all tools used for communication/Collaboration, Storage/Sharing, Knowledge Capture tools, offer support and trainings to Process Referents and Ops on usage of this tools

· Support projects/transitions together with Process Referents on Knowledge capture

· Establishes and implements the architecture for storage of information. Promotes in the company the usage of it

· Responsible for Level 2 controls on the operational procedures

· Commonly establishes with the operational teams the planning, standardization/ updating of operational procedures. Animates the teams of experts to adhere to the planning agreements

· Collaborates with similar teams across SOCIETE GENERALE and SG EBS to commonly find ways of improving knowledge management practices and technical solutions

· Promotes collaborative platforms (Jive). Train on collaborative instruments for new and existing employees

· Creates and animates relevant process communities by organizing dedicated workshops with the contributors

· Represents the business lines in the discussions related to Knowledge Management at Group level

· Is connected to market trends on strategies and practices on knowledge management

A little about You:

· French and English advanced level;

· Min 3 years  previous Knowledge Management experience

· Project management activities experience, communication skills and, analytical spirit, result and client orientation; Experience in change Management;

· Previous work experience using: Adobe Captivate, Epiplex-nice to have
