    Cerinte

    - Very good Excel knowledge (functions,pivot table, VLOOKUP);
    - Familiar with PowerPoint and Word functions;
    - Advanced English;
    - Analytical thinking, organised, attention to details;
    - Ability to work with large amount of information;
    - High working speed;
    - Good communication, easily getting adapted to different tasks and environments.

    Responsabilitati

    - Transfer all the required information into PPT.
    - Provide list of changes from the Master Data File for all Romanian customers.
    - Provide files as order templates/ post confirmation for Romanian customers.
    - Generate Customer reports (true scorecards/ sell-in or sell-out analysis) in from S1, iZoom or any similar.
    - Fill the specific reports based on required information from Focus and/or customer teams.
    - Receive daily sales reports from specific RO customer, manually modify each to make it compatible, and upload final reports to remote folder to be further processed.
    - Fill in with specific Customer data the reports (shares or credit notes values – True scorecard).
    - On the spot misc Sell-in/out reports (eg. brand/ customer/ sku/ category sell-in/ sell-out/stock/shares/other data custom reports as per request calculation).
    - Maintenance for specific reports based on received data.
