    Requirements

    Your abilities need to be:

    • Previous experience in a similar administrative position will be a plus;
    • Written and verbal communication in English;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook);
    • High degree of self-confidence and autonomy in a fast-paced and dynamic organization;
    • Strong customer service orientation skills, positive and outgoing attitude;
    • Solution-oriented and autonomous, highly (self-) motivation;
    • Willingness to learn and constantly improve oneself;
    • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task;
    • Manages activities against established time frames.

    Responsibilities

    To complete our team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

    Your main tasks will be to:

    • Provide support in coordination of internal and external communication;
    • Keep in contact with local suppliers for monthly stock-up;
    • Insure permanent communication with the Accounting department and Accounting supplier;
    • ad-hoc reports for other support departments (Management, HR, Finance, IT);
    • Maintain the contact with functional managers and other departments in Timisoara on administrative matters;
    • Manage business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions;
    • Support and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous organizational projects;
    • Contribute to documentation flow related to company policies, procedures and timeline rules;
    • Follows-up on deadlines and assists with reports;
    • Plan, coordinate and manage events such as in-house conferences, corporate parties, professional meetings and such.
