We'll expect you to have:
Technical Experience
 Good understanding of Micro services architecture and API Management
 Good Knowledge to the Software Development Life Cycle processes and the related tools such as
o TeamCity, BitBucket, Artifactory
o SonarQube, VeraCode, Crucible
o JIRA, HP ALM, HP UFT
 Hands-on experience with DevOps configuration management tool for example Ansible Tower, Docker
 Experience in monitoring / reporting tools such as Prometheus / Grafana / Elasticsearch / Fluentd, Kibana, Geneos, etc.
 Solid understanding of infrastructure and platform components (Linux, shell scripting, DBMS, …
 Ability to deploy & support complex solutions based on IaaS, PaaS and cloud based infrastructures, using tools like Openshift
 Experience in building / supporting Continuous Delivery pipelines

JOB DESCRIPTION

The DevOps Reliability Engineer will join the Release Management & Deployment Team of PCC, and will contribute to the implementation and operations of Deutsche Bank’s API Management platform.

 Engineering & Continuous Integration
• Configures & develops features for the WSO2 API Manager components
• Supports Operators in preparing documentation
• Creates and/or integrates systems, utilities and scripts to automate deployment and monitoring of builds and environments

 Infrastructure & Release Management
• Manages the IaaS environments of DB’s Microservices platform
• Configures and maintains application monitoring
• Performs deployment activities to production environments
• Performs IT Change Management activities
• Advises platform Product Owner in capacity planning/provisioning

 Incident & Problem Management
• Performs troubleshooting & Emergency Response
• Investigates root causes and ensures implementation of solutions in collaboration with Feature Engineers

 Continuous Improvement
• Defines standards build, continuous integration and deployment for the and ensures adherence to them
• Identifies issues / optimization potentials and implements solutions
• Liaises with other technical teams, conducting technology research, and evaluating software required for maintaining the development environment.
The role would ideally suit a passionate technologist, with broad experience across the SDLC and a focus on DevOps practices and mind-set.
