Graphic Designer (Trainee)

• Creative, versatile and imaginative, you feel color and form and integrate originality in your work.
• Good knowledge of Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, Balsamiq or other visual design tools.
• Knowledge of layout, typography, print specifications and good design standards for web and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of UX/UI concepts (desirable).
• Advanced English skills, German/French would be a plus.
• Ability to interact and connect with different people, to listen and communicate clearly.

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible of client branding, creating visual solutions to get clear, high visual impact messages across for a variety of projects. Your main job will be to convey ideas that inspire, inform and appeal, from original concepts through to finished art.

• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss and understand business objectives, and to determine the scope of a project.
• Advise clients on strategies to reach a specific audience and determine the message the design should portray.
• Creating visual elements for mobile applications, infographics, client presentations;
• Using innovation to produce new ideas / concepts within time and cost constraints and in line with the clients’ needs.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Contribute to complex project implementations and help define budget constraints.
• Work as part of a mixed and dynamic team of developers, business analysts, testers etc.
