    Job role

    Accountable for development of the monthly billing input for all Allianz Technology of America clients. This role is required to foster relationships with the service managers, project managers, IT controllers and the finance team across the organization in order to ensure accurate and timely billing of services.  This role will also act as the back office for billing and provide detailed evidence files, analysis and/or additional project activities to support commercial discussions with the clients facilitated by the account management team. 

    Responsibilities

    •     Gather monthly billing input from service managers and project managers and prepare for invoicing;
    •     Coordinate with account management to prepare content for monthly finance review meetings;
    •     Create monthly billing input file for all regional customers and associated evidence files;
    •     Act as the subject matter expert for commercial billing topics associated with invoice generation;
    •     Support ad hoc projects as necessary including the onboarding of new clients and financial true-up reconciliation activities;
    •     Assist with customer account reconciliations;
    •     Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.

     

    Requirements

    •     Experience in Office tools;
    •     Fluent in English, written and spoken;
    •     Economical / Business knowledge;
    •     Strong knowledge of SharePoint;
    •     Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
    •     Understanding of the Financial Process . Procurement, Payables, Billing, Receivables Process etc.
    •     SAP knowledge.
