    Cerinte

     Minimum 2 years experience in training (content design & delivery).
     Skilled in and can demonstrate experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training.
     Communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including superior skill in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
     Excellent collaboration, coordination and organization skills.
     Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills. Experience working with remote teams.
     Structured mind-set with innovative thinking.
     Very strong people focus.
     Strong in proactive cooperation.
     Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and public speaking skills.
     Ability to sell a message to all types of audiences.
     Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
     Critical thinking and decision making skills.
     Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
     Written and verbal fluency in English, as required to work with English language data training and learning.

    Responsabilitati

     Designing and ensuring implementation of training solutions at account and horizontal level, according to the accounts’ requirements, goals and focus areas.
     Coordination of training calendar and logistics. Identify site-specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, and data analyses and propose specific training topics to site leadership based on findings.
     Monitor, track and report on training completion metrics by training group and individual. Manage ongoing development, validation and delivery of training materials, learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans.
     Administering testing, scheduling, managing the training calendar and reporting on work outcomes and impact.
     Contribute to continuous improvement cycle of training and accuracy processes. Coach and mentor less experienced staff.
     Define and identify improvement areas (individual and collective), build training plan. Train and coach the Team in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
     Adapt HQ Trainings or other markets best practices to local context and stakes.
     Reinforce the knowledge of the teams delivering contents: co-develop the knowledge of the products and services.
     Work with Team Leaders in order to secure on-going and repeated training needs.
     Collect, analyze and build reports on all customer feedback (complaints, comments, customer surveys) and share the relevant information through the organization.
     Translate training-needs into effective training programs, and define standard for training material, using industry best practises.
     Innovate training methods. Improve training effectiveness by actively looking for feedback (surveys) and industry best practices, introduce interactive quizzes, exams.
     Conduct both new hire and refreshment trainings.
     Monitor employee performance and response to training.
     Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee’s work behaviour.
     Audit evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
     Create / maintain process documentation, training modules and work instructions.
