    Requirements

    • Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
    • Cunoasterea Lb. engleza la nivel avansat;
    • Cunostinte medii SAP;
    • Cunostinte MS Office avansate in special Excel;
    • Excelente abilitati de comunicare.

    Responsibilities

    • Primirea de solicitari de service prin telefon si email si inregistrarea lor in programul SAP – modul service;
    • Generarea de dispozitii de lucru (service orders);
    • Programare inginerii service in relatie cu clientii (dispatch). Informare clienti;
    • Introducerea, modificarea datelor echipmentelor / mentinerea la zi a bazei de date SAP – modul service;
    • Mentinerea la zi a bazei de date cu volumul instalat IVK, asigurarea sincronizarii informatiilor cu SAP – modul service;
    • Mentinerea la zi a situatiei UI/SI (upgrade/updates) de efectuat;
    • Informare clienti despre UI/SI. Pregatire logistica UI/SI;
    • Preparare comenzi pentru piese schimb adresate Logistica;
    • Mentinerea la zi a situatiei contractelor. Raportare contracte;
    • Lucrul cu programul de management SAP – modul service ;
    • Colaborarea permanenta cu Compartimentele de Vanzari, Tehnic si Comercial din cadrul Siemens Healthineers;
    • Raportari / Arhivare;
    • Receptie protocoale instalare, introducere date in baza date SAP-
    • modul service si IVK;
    • Receptie rapoarte proactive monitoring si informare persoane responsabile ;
    • Generare rapoarte EPS si transmiterea lor catre clienti
    • Intretinere baza de date clienti.
