Java Team Leader (Cyber Intelligence - New R&D Center in Bucharest)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

o Over 2 years’ experience as Team Leader
o BSc, Software Engineering or other related degree
o Experience with Java (J2EE / J2SE) and related technologies
o Experience with multithreading
o Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
o Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within software design and development.
o Good communication and personal skills
o Ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership

JOB PROFILE

o They are looking for a charismatic experienced leader for our Java team, who has the leadership skills to motivate and manage the Java team, and work well with peers and R&D managers.
o You will have the opportunity to influence & play a significant role in the rapidly growing cyber and intelligence fields, by participating in the development of state of the art technologies, and high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

o Contributing to the implementation of new product features, improving existing product features, while adding performance and software quality metrics to our codebase
o The team will work with latest technologies of Java Server side, SOAP/REST & TCP HTTP protocols, Kafka, Elastic Search and multithreading
