    Cerinte

    • Bachelor`s Degree;
    • Advanced English level;
    • Excellent customer support and communication skills
    • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Good numerical skills
    • Basic accounting knowledge
    • Typing, organizing and planning skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Highly organized, driven and well spoken
    • Able to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently; time management skills

    Responsabilitati

    • Vendors management(contracts and invoices,SLAs, etc.);
    • IT Budget monitoring;
    • Performs various data entry and administrative functions for IT Department;
    • Demands management(changes,incidents,etc);
    • Keeping up-to-date projects status;
    • Banking experience is not required
    • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
    • Produce standard reports as needed
