Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist

- 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware – WebLogic Server expertise is a must
- 3 years of experience in Linux/Unix administration (preferably with shell scripting)
- Familiar with J2EE, OSB, SOA, clustered environments, load balancing, high availability and disaster recovery concepts
- Experience in at least 1 comparable project, covering support or/and installation, configuration and maintenance of middleware platforms in a production environment
- Basic knowledge of Service Operation
- Team player, good communicator, analytical thinking with a problem-solving orientation
- Advanced English speaking and writing

Nice to have:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator certification

- Perform middleware support in an ITSM environment, managing incidents in accordance with the SLA
- Efficiently perform requests for service, root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Plan and successfully implement operational changes both during business hours and outside business hours
- Installation, administration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle OSB, Oracle API Gateway and Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Certificate management (creation, installation and administration of digital certificates)
- Work in close cooperation with other functions such as database, UNIX, network (infrastructure) and support, deployment and testing (application management)
- Contribute to all adjacent processes in his area of activity such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Deployment and Testing management
- Follow operational plans and participate in achieving the project's milestones
- Actively document official and internal procedures
