What you need to know:

- Good knowledge of a programming language – minimum at faculty level (every experience in .Net, VB/VBA or PowerShell is a strong plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL database are a plus
- General knowledge of software development practices is a plus
- Basic understanding of the business processes to be automated can increase efficiency
- Fluent English

What you need to be:

- Willing to work as part of a team of developers, business analysts and infrastructure engineers
- Problem solver, strong analytical skills
- Focused on details
- Learning oriented person: good and extended training materials and programs are available

- Work closely with a Business Analyst in documenting / recording process details
- Decompose the business flows in technical flows
- Create the flows using a Visual designer and all components / tools provided by it
- Define interactions with involved application: how to access a required application, open it, navigate to the target screen, extract required information and process/store it in other application
- Test solution
- Document the implementation
- Assure maintenance and support for automated workflows
