- In calitate de Area Sales Manager, vei coordona activitatea a 10-15 magazine din zona alocata;
- Vei avea grijă ca fiecare magazin să corespundă standardelor ridicate, atât de apreciate de clienţii noştri;
- Vei elabora strategii de vanzare si planuri de monitorizare;·
- Vei motiva si inspira echipa pentru a obtine cele mai bune rezultate.
- Vei fi responsabil/a de procesele de recrutare, formare și retentie;
- Vei oferi suport constant Shop Managerilor și te vei asigura că indicatorii operaționali și de personal sunt indepliniti;
