Essential Requirements
Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong English skills
Desire for building a career in Finance
Demonstrated leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Strong presentation skills

Desirable Requirements
6 moths up to 1 year of experience in Business or Finance

Assist management in performing various ad-hoc projects or analysis such as financial performance impact analysis, financial models and reports, and variance analysis of actual and planned results
Review journal entries and supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting
Conduct analysis of profit improvement initiatives for the business.
Review processes and propose recommendations for improvement
Help execute on strategic initiatives
The program consists of 4 different six-month rotations (in total 2 years) with possibility of an international assignment
