    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or related field OR at least two years of recruiting experience
    • Reliable, with the ability to follow through with tasks and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work non-standard hours to reach passive candidates and interact with North American based recruiting team
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Nice to have: experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Fluent in English, French would be nice to have but not a requirement

    Responsibilities

    • Support Engineering, Construction and College Recruiting teams to identify, attract and hire the best talent at all levels
    • Be involved in the full life-cycle of the recruiting process (posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
    • Utilize SuccessFactors applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards such as Careerbuilder, Boolean searches, Yello and professional network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
    • Develop and apply working knowledge of current HR laws and regulations
    • Research current industry recruiting programs and practices
    • Complete daily HR transactions including intakes, postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs.

    Our work schedule includes work from home two days per week and flexibility. You get to work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day and you get the Friday off.
