Skills and Qualifications:
-Ideally prior experience in a Resource Administrator role with responsibility for updating schedules for Project based Consultants and Project Managers.
-An in-depth knowledge of Resourcing systems ideally Oracle PRM or PJR is desirable.
-Excellent data entry and communications skills are required in addition to issue management and escalation handling.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-For all Implementation Projects, the Training Resource Analyst works with the Central Consultancy team to ensure that the allocation of all training resources is done in a timely manner and that the utilisation of resources is maximised/optimised
-For all projects not linked to ongoing implementations, the Training Resource analyst works directly with the PM, the Temenos Learning Community Business Development Team and the client & partners to ensure all requirements are completely defined, that the training location is suitable, that the training environments have been set up and any other logistics required to deliver a successful training course.
-Ensures that the schedules for all global training resources are updated in the Oracle PRM system and the Training Diary, specifically:
o All training project assignments are up dated
o Administration bookings such as vacations, leave, public holidays, sickness, training and internal projects are updated for all training resources
o Resolve any booking conflicts in a timely fashion.
-Ensure that all training requirements are resourced by appropriate resources within given SLA timescales: specifically:
o Liaise with Project and Client Engagement Managers closely to understand demand
o Ensure that updated project plans are entered into Oracle PRM system and resources assigned
o Understand all pipeline projects and enter the resource plans once the opportunity is included in the revenue forecast
-Work closely with Delivery Head for Training on any priority issues between projects for escalations with a view to find alternative solutions
-Ensures information to line managers of any utilisation issues for his/her team
-Form relationships with identified Training Partners and work closely with them for allocation of work that cannot be resourced from available pool.
-Liaise with other regions to borrow and lend suitable resources where required
-Create regular reports such as:
o Bench Report detailing all Trainers with utilization forecast for less than 60%
Monitor resource skills and resume’s to ensure up to date details are stored in Oracle HR system.
o Revise and maintain upskilling plans for each of the trainers consistent with their Compass objectives, the objectives of Temenos Learning Community and the gaps within the organization.
-Perform such other duties, functions and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.
