    The ideal candidate:
    - has experience in customer service environment;
    - has good verbal communication and listening skills;
    - ability to navigate a computerized information system;
    - is very calm, because he needs to deal with some difficult situation sometimes, as car accidents;

    Responsabilitati

    The customer service advisor will be involved in a variety of inbound customer calls varying from helping drivers to find their way to a specific location to arranging emergency services in certain situation. For example, if a client needs directions to arrive in certain place, he can use the emergency button implemented in cars and the customer service advisor will help the client find his way to the place he needs to go. Also, there are certain situations like accidents or technical car problems – if the client needs help, the customer service advisor will help them by calling the police, ambulance or offer directions to the closest service.
