About 5+ years of experience in a similar position
Strong financial, marketing and business skills
Influential, nice communication and interpersonal skills;

Understands the importance of responsiveness and holds those deliverable teams accountable to that standard
Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
Wants to help us deliver innovative end-to-end technology services worldwide
Broad strategic, industry and financial/ economic analysis coupled with relevant business or technical experience
Comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and with all
functional groups.
JOB PURPOSE
To develop our quick business lines expansion of clients and geographic representation we need a Business Development Manager to develop of the new line of business on telecommunications infrastructure Aktivco model: Indoor Coverage, Fiber Optic, Telecommunication Towers. The Manager, we are looking for, must be able to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Contributing to yearly company strategy and budget preparation
Generating new business opportunities in the area of Telecom infrastructure and building direct contacts with potential new clients
Knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
Work with CEO, CTO, CFO, Commercial, Technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
Ensure outcomes align with strategic priorities and that expected partnership values are achieved
Identify and analyze complex market/business opportunities
Evaluate key players and technologies
Assess customer and market opportunities
Develop differentiated product/service strategies
Create potential economic/financial/business models
Negotiating contracts in coordination with legal teams;
