    INITIAL TRAINING AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

     About 5+ years of experience in a similar position
     Strong financial, marketing and business skills
     Influential, nice communication and interpersonal skills;
     Performance oriented attitude (proactivity, self-motivation, flexibility, openness, responsibility, results and detail oriented, creativity);
     Understands the importance of responsiveness and holds those deliverable teams accountable to that standard
     Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
     Wants to help us deliver innovative end-to-end technology services worldwide
     Broad strategic, industry and financial/ economic analysis coupled with relevant business or technical experience
     Comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and with all
    functional groups.

    Responsabilitati

    JOB PURPOSE
     To develop our quick business lines expansion of clients and geographic representation we need a Business Development Manager to develop of the new line of business on telecommunications infrastructure Aktivco model: Indoor Coverage, Fiber Optic, Telecommunication Towers. The Manager, we are looking for, must be able to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
     Contributing to yearly company strategy and budget preparation
     Generating new business opportunities in the area of Telecom infrastructure and building direct contacts with potential new clients
     Knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide
     Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
     Work with CEO, CTO, CFO, Commercial, Technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
     Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
     Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff
     Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
     Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
     Ensure outcomes align with strategic priorities and that expected partnership values are achieved
     Identify and analyze complex market/business opportunities
     Evaluate key players and technologies
     Assess customer and market opportunities
     Develop differentiated product/service strategies
     Create potential economic/financial/business models
     Negotiating contracts in coordination with legal teams;
