    APT is Hiring for his client, Tchibo, the biggest player in the coffee industry!

Over the years, Tchibo has systematically expanded its range and distribution channels, ensuring diversity and quality throughout the world through strong brands.


    • University degree
    • At least 4 years of experience in infrastructure and network topologies, end user support of desktop and network systems
    • Solid background of managing MS Windows server systems/client operating systems, MS Exchange, Active Directory, LAN/WAN
    • Project management knowledge and experience
    • Strong planning skills, prepare detail task oriented and milestone driven plans
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Strong communication skills (end-users, 3rd party solution providers)
    • High level of service & customer orientation
    • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
    • Good command of English (German would be an advantage)

    Responsabilitati

    • Providing communication with internal customers and business partners on integration points, to understand processes
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications to create the correct design and model
    • Performing analysis, identifying workflows and processes, preparing related documents for demands, projects and change requests
    • Taking the end to end delivery responsibility of assigned projects (Analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance and documentation)
    • Ensuring that projects are proactively managed, executed according to schedules and on the budget, and issues are resolved promptly
    • First level support for local users regarding all software and hardware problems (notebooks/thin clients, mobile phones, operating systems)
    • Follow-up and manage authorizations for servers, network and SAP
    • Managing new local/global operations in alignment with the new strategy
    • Tracking and informing users for the local and global IT guidelines
    • Budget management, IT asset management, incident management
    • Remote or on site IT support for Bulgaria whenever needed
