    Requirements

    • Excellent English language skills – spoken and witten
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Deadline/Task orientated – sense of urgency required
    • High energy, proactive, requiring little direction and able to take responsibility when needed
    • Detail orientated, organized and structured
    • Strong anticipation skills and forward thinking
    • Team oriented
    • Comfortable in ambiguity and a fast paced and ever-changing environment
    • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
    • Bachelor's Degree required

    Responsibilities

    What will you do:
    • Coordinates daily calendar, schedules meetings and takes minutes of meetings, when necessary
    • Designs and organizes specialized reports for the CEO, organizes files and emails and follows up required actions with the CEO. Updates internal databases regularly
    • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
    • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
    • Manages phone calls and emails with exceptional customer service skills
    • Organizes and prioritizes incoming correspondence
    • Scanning, filing and data entry activities
    • Translations of various documents, when necessary
    • Manages Procurement activities, if necessary
    • Makes travel arrangements
    • Responds promptly to managers’ queries
    • Suggests more efficient ways to run the office
    • Reviews and recommends changes to our company policies

    The Senior Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. You will perform, coordinate and oversee all administrative duties, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, as per the CEO needs.
    Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.
    Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.
