PHP Developer / Full stack developer (Internal web apps - OSS division)

Suntem cel mai important operator din piata serviciilor integrate de comunicatii din Romania.Suntem lider pe segmentul serviciilor de televiziune si pe cel al serviciilor de internet si suntem principalul operator alternativ in furnizarea serviciilor de telefonie fixa.
Am ajuns aici fiindca ne-am bazat pe tehnologia performanta, permanent eficientizata astfel incat sa corespunda cerintelor din ce in ce mai mari ale clientilor nostri. Ne-am bazat la fel de mult pe puternica si profesionista echipa RCS & RDS, formata din mii de oameni.
Echipa RCS & RDS este foarte importanta pentru noi si vrem sa o extindem cu noi colegi, capabili sa ne sustina in demersul nostru de a ramane lider in piata serviciilor de telecomunicatii.

Minimum 2-3 years with PHP 5.3+ (PHP 5.6 / PHP 7), PHP MVC Frameworks (at least one of ZendFramework / Symfony or similar);
At least 2-3 years with JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks and tools (at least one of ExtJS, UnderscoreJS, RequireJS, jQuery, jQuery UI or similar);
At least 1-2 yeas with SQL or NoSQL databases (at least one of MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) from schema design to query optimisation and fine-tunning;
Strong OOP skills, Design Patterns skills;
Versioning systems (GIT or similar) and practical usage (GIT workflow, branching, tags, feature-branching etc.);
Basic HTML / CSS knowledge and CSS frameworks (bootstrap or similar);
Passion for web development and software development in general, theory applied in practice, data structures, algorithms, problem-solving skills, fast-learner, team-player;
Nice-to-have (but not mandatory)
Experience with building enterprise-grade applications;
Experience with using Design Patterns (expertise or at least basic knowledge with some heavy-used design-patterns or best-practices like MVC, Factory, Repository, Decorator, Adapter, Proxy, DI, IoC, ServiceLocator, Composition, Delegation);
Experience with exposing and consuming Web Services.
Experience with building SinglePageApplications (JavaScript AMD, ExtJS, RequireJS, AJAX-driven apps);
Hands-on with php-cli and basic UNIX commands.
Experience with high volume of data and data-store systems;
Experience with building modular applications, decoupling components (Domain Driven Design, Services, Entities, Repositories).
Experience with Continuous-Integration and / or Continuous-Delivery setups and tools (GITLAB-CI);
Experience with distributed systems, load-balancing, high-availability, data caching (Memcache, Redis, APCu or similar), webpage caching.

Development of new applications or new modules / changes in current apps (Telecom OSS / ERP ecosystem but not only) using web related technologies (PHP, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL etc.);
Development both independently and as team-member depending of project size (full stack web related technologies).
Interaction with other teams (Engineers, DevOps, DBAs, Software Developers) in order to integrate applications into current ecosystem (SOAP / REST / JSON-RPC, RabbitMQ, WebServices / MicroServices and similar);
Proposal of better technical solutions and / or improvements for the existent ecosystem .
