Suntem cel mai important operator din piata serviciilor integrate de comunicatii din Romania.Suntem lider pe segmentul serviciilor de televiziune si pe cel al serviciilor de internet si suntem principalul operator alternativ in furnizarea serviciilor de telefonie fixa.
Am ajuns aici fiindca ne-am bazat pe tehnologia performanta, permanent eficientizata astfel incat sa corespunda cerintelor din ce in ce mai mari ale clientilor nostri. Ne-am bazat la fel de mult pe puternica si profesionista echipa RCS & RDS, formata din mii de oameni.

-2 years of hands-on system administrator experience
-A strong working knowledge of storage area network, data center management, multiple operating systems
-Thorough understanding of networking
-Experience with remote access/VPN
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Effectively troubleshoot issues remotely

Nice-to-have (but not mandatory)
- working with Microsoft System Center

-Installing, configuring, maintaining, and administering Microsoft Windows Servers, including basic Active Directory administration, firewalls, Windows Clustering with load balancing/failover
-Evaluate server load and implement tuning recommendations
-Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems processes and review of system and application logs
-Supervise/support backup processes
-Perform operating system software updates/upgrades
-Deploying and administering virtual machines using Hyper-V server virtualization
-Works closely with all members of the IT Organization
