For the Recruiter role within the HR department of TPA Romania, we are looking to meet candidates that are organized and responsible, friendly and discrete, energetic and focused, positive and communicative, attentive and proactive.

Also, we are looking for candidates that already started their way thru this area of HR and have minimum 2 years’ experience, good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office, ability to meet deadlines and solve problems.

Your focus will be to analyze internal needs, define JDs and be in charge for the end-to-end Recruitment process. Prepare welcome meetings, different reports, update the internal database, and be always active on searching candidates. Continuously looking for new solutions and be opened to explore other areas in HR.
