    Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred;
    • HR certification preferred (Inspector Resurse Umane);
    • Good written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy;
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR Department;
    • Must have professional acumen when interacting with internal and external clients.

    Responsabilitati

    • Responsible for data entry process and reporting in compliance with SOX regulations in LuxStaff. This includes: entering all new hires into the systems, completing transfers, managing terminations;
    • Update employee records in the HR systems such as transfers, promotions, terminations;
    • Manage the pre-employment process: create offer letters and NDAs, perform background checks;
    • Onboard all new hires by ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly, employees are enrolled in and have a good understanding of all benefits, are informed about all policies and procedures;
    • Maintain all employee files up to date according to US regulations;
    • Prepare various certificates for the employees, upon request;
    • Provide administrative support, including preparing memos, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel, Word and Power Point;
    • Oversee all HR invoices and ensure timely payment to the vendors using the internal Purchase Request system: payroll and HRIS, 401k, medical & dental, vision, life and disability, FSAs, TRA, drug screening, background checks;
    • Will be assigned project work and expected to complete deliverables as per project timelines. Examples include: audit all employee folders and ensure all necessary documentation is in place, scan all employee paper forms to online employee electronic file, complete I-9 audit.
