    Requirements


    • University degree, preferably technical, data oriented
    • Fluency in English
    • At least 2-3 years of working experiences in area of CRM, Omnichannel, customer analytics, or digital campaigns
    • Presentation skills on the level that will enable you to present your solutions to the client and to help him understand the business value
    • Time management and communication skills necessary to execute the responsibilities and deliver against client expectations, facing to customers on daily basis
    • Plan and manage own and team work to meet assigned deliverables promptly. Be responsible for your work and learn how to cooperate with other team members.
    • At least basic knowledge of scripting programming languages (e.g. Python), knowledge of data analytics tools (SAS, R, …)
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Cloud products is a plus

    Responsibilities

    As Accenture Digital Campaigns Consultant you will guide our client on the way to identify promising customer segments to target with their campaigns and products. Our extensive capabilities range from accessing and reporting on data to advanced mathematical modelling, forecasting and sophisticated statistical analysis. Specifically, you will…
    • Help our clients to see the value of the digital campaigns, usage of analytics, and you will help them with implementation.
    • Define and optimize marketing processes and integrate across the enterprise to maximize the opportunities of data, analytics and marketing outcomes.
    • Implement Campaign Management capabilities across multiple touch points of coordinated Outbound/Inbound Omni-channel Real-Time Decisioning actions.
    • Build, deploy, maintain and scale marketing solutions that reduce complexity and cost, using the knowledge base of the Accenture from different parts of the world; help with local implementations.
    • Develop others, especially a small group of analysts to support you. You will help them to grow and expand their knowledge.
    • Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients
    • Offer our clients end to end solutions and services
