Head of Digital Marketing

What you need for this role:

Excellent team player, positive thinking, business oriented mindset;
Entrepreneurial mindset (previous personal entrepreneurial experiences is a big plus);
Relevant experience on a management position in digital marketing;
Previous experience as a hands-on digital marketing specialist;
University degree – marketing or economic is preferred. Digital Marketing International certifications are a big plus.
Good understanding of SEM, SEO, Conversion rate optimization, Email Marketing, Social Media.
Hands on expertise with Programmatic Marketing Projects/Products is a big plus;
Must have Advanced English skill level (including public speaking abilities);
Networking and negotiation skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical and time management skills;

What you will do:

Understand the market trends and the requirements of our customers, their needs and objectives;
Define & implement the Digital Marketing business development strategy;
Lead Digital Marketing business development, networking and sales efforts, with the help of the team and specialized departments (Business Development & Financial mostly);
Represent Zitec at different business events, speaker at public conferences and workshops;
Collaborate with the Business Development (from strategy to deal closings), Financial (budgeting, forecasting and reporting) and HR departments (personal development plans, recruitment, retention, motivation);
Set specific goals and objectives within the team and for each project;
Plan and coordinate the digital marketing activities;
Direct involvement in recruiting, managing and coaching the digital marketing team;
