• Academic degree - advantage for computer science / computer engineering / information systems - also possible for new graduates
• Experience in MS SQL: ability to understand and write complex queries
• Ability to understand the systems and specification documents
• Ability of analyzing monitoring reports and follow up on issues raised in them
• Ability of designing monitoring requirements and validating reports integrity
• Ability to work in tight schedule projects and a dynamic environment
• Motivated, with the ability to learn independently
• High communication skills
• Working with remote sites
• High level English.

• Review specification and design documents
• Design monitoring requirements for regulatory cross projects
• Follow up on monitoring and reports
• Analyze problems, investigate and provide solutions to various problems while meeting SLAs
• Working closely with different interfaces like developers, Product owners and Project managers
