IT Project Manager

ALTEN Romania, part of the international ALTEN Group - with a unique position as Leader in IT & Engineering Consulting, provides support for its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and IT systems since 1996. The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

Experience:
- 5-year experience on a similar position

- Having strong technical knowledge (technical background on JAVA /.NET will be considered as a plus), business knowledge, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer

- ITIL framework certification will be a plus
- Cisco CCNA certification will be a plus

Knowledge about:
- Active Directory Infrastructure
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft infrastructure services: DHCP, DNS, IAS, WINS, Network Protection, RADIUS, HTTP Server, FTP Server, CA, WSUS.
- Virtualization technology VMware, Hyper-V.
- Good knowledge about proxy solutions: McAfee Web Gateway or equivalent

The main responsibilities of this position will be to:
- Create and prepare project plans, goals, budgets together with all external suppliers
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
- Assure and respect Reporting and control Plan according to IT Personal Finance framework.
