HR Administrator

As a provider of internal IT services for METRO GROUP, METRO SYSTEMS Romania provides specialized consulting to retail companies in all aspects of IT, develops specific solutions along the full value chain and provides a powerful IT infrastructure with a team of over 900 IT professionals.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
Previous experience with SAP HR would be a plus;
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills;
Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within deadlines, with limited supervision;
Skilled at collaborating with various stakeholders;
Displaying a confident and mature disposition;
Openness to share knowledge and best practices with the team;
Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Drafting labor contracts and all related documents for hiring;
Completion and update of personnel files;
Administrative labor law support for employees;
Filling in bank statements, medical statements and other documents requested by the employees;
Contact person for METRO SYSTEMS employees for personnel administration (precontracts, labor contracts, work protection, etc.);
Collaboration with the HR department of Metro Cash & Carry on personnel administration topics;
Completion and update of data in REVISAL;
Responsible of ordering and distributing meal tickets and gift vouchers;
Preparing HR related reports;
SAP HR support (. time corrections, vacation, etc.);
Responsible of work protection and related topics, including direct communication with the external consultant for work protection and medical services providers;
Access cards management;
Other related HR administration tasks.
