    ducation and Skills:

    English - advanced
    High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Strong Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills required.
    Demonstrated ability to extract and analyze data.
    Strong attention to detail
    Strong self-organization, prioritization and time management skills
    Experience in creating high level presentations and pulling reports, calculating metrics and turning data into information
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    This position will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Department. The main focus will be performing administrative tasks including but not limited to: scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, meeting scheduling, preparing and submitting expense reports, processing invoices, preparing newsletters, maintaining the relationship with some of our providers. In addition to general administrative support, the position will focus on employee engagement initiatives and facilitating Human Resources processes.

    Major Responsibilities:

    Assist with the approval and reporting of the new positions.
    Create and advertise our openings on a weekly basis.
    As needed, arrange candidates assessments, and track completion and results
    Manage the collection and recording of information used for recruiting reporting and onboarding.
    Produce reports related to open roles, monthly key indicators and metrics, and expenses.
    Work within the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to provide overall transparency into candidate management
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Management senior leaders
    Vendor management.
    Assist with a variety of administrative functions including reimbursement requests, maintaining current recruitment collateral and community brochures, compile recruitment packets, etc.
    Participate in HR projects (. help organize a job fair event)
